Description

This position involves providing comprehensive nursing services within the Crisis Respite/Transitional Program and Intensive Case Management.
The role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and requires a flexible 35-hour work week.
The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with dual diagnoses, ensuring successful community integration.

Requirements

Current New York State RN license (unrestricted).
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
Experience in IDD, behavioral health, crisis care, or community health preferred.
Familiarity with nursing regulations and program requirements.
Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications
