Position Description

Title: Registered Nurse - SICU/MICU

Location: New York, NY

Employment Type: Contract (Onsite) - 3x12 Schedule with weekends required

Compensation

Pay Range:$46.06-$65.80 Per HR

Description

The Clinical Nurse role involves providing quality care in the SICU/MICU setting, focusing on patient-centered care and safety.
This contract position requires onsite work in New York, NY, with a 3x12 schedule including weekends.
Candidates should have experience with electronic health records systems.

Requirements

Current NYS RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Experience in medical-surgical nursing
Experience with patient care management
Experience with electronic health records systems preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience
1 year of travel nursing experience for travel positions
Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration
Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
