Position Description

  • Large flex with shifts. Open to 10s, 12s. As long as they hit their hourly req.
  • Will have to work some weekends and holidays.
  • Epidurals, purple blocks at attendings preference
  • Emergent intubations, codes, AAA, c-sections
  • Cases: Bread & butter + OB. No cardiac or thoracic (these cases are handled solely by the ANE).
  • Epidurals, purple blocks, competent in airway and regional skills, able to put in spinal block.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • LOA: 6m – 1year
  • Start date: ASAC
  • Credentialing: 3 months
  • Potential for 30d credentialing w/crisis credentialing.
  • Experience: Strongly prefer candidates with 3-4 years of experience in a trauma setting.
  • OR Breakdown: 30 OR’s total
  • Main OR: 21
  • C-section OR: 2
  • Cardiac OR: 3
  • There is also a legacy OR(trauma), cath lab, EP and biplane.
  • Pt. Vol: 1700 deliveries per year. Very busy OR.
  • May float. Will have to get cross credentialed.
  • Cases: Ortho, blocks, thoracic, vascular and spine. No cardio
