Position Description

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Home Healthcare Registered Nurses, RN to visit patients at home for our Clients in Home Healthcare. High Demand for Full Time Home Care Field RN, Registered Nurse. Visit areas available in Yonkers, the Bronx, Westchester County, Putnam County, and Rockland County, NY.

About the position:

The Field RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.

Qualifications:

Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
Knowledge of ICD 10 and OASIS Guidelines a plus
Experience working for a Hospital, Acute Care, CHHA, LHCSA or MLTC a PLUS!
Will train RN with some working experience within a Clinical Setting
Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
Willingness to collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team as needed
Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
Driver's License & Access to reliable vehicle

This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering Benefits and Competitive Salary.

$103,000 - $117,000, based on previous RN Experience, plus Sign On Bonus $10,000+!
